I started seeing Dr. Hansen two years ago at Bay State in Quincy. I had experienced two rear end collisions which caused trauma to my neck and lower back. The injuries caused past muscle injuries to flare up. I am an ex-athlete, physical education teacher and coach football at the college level. My job requires me to be physically active and maintain some level of fitness. However, before I met Dr. Hansen I was living in pain and major muscle stiffness. Jackie has an elite understanding of muscle trauma and uses a variety of therapies to give me the best care. Dr. Hansen worked magic on my neck and lower back and addressed all of my issues.

When Dr. Hansen moved to Pembroke, I went to another chiropractic doctor because Dr. Hansen’s new office was too far from my job. I had a disappointing experience, not even in the same league as Dr. Hansen. I now make the drive to Dr. Hansen in Pembroke when I can. Dana Pemberton is the best chiropractor I’ve ever had. She was compassionate, really listened to my complaints, and has given me so much relief from nearly debilitating lower back pain. There are other chiropractors closer to me but I will never go to anyone else.

Dr. Alex is the absolute best! I’ve been going to her for adjustments since 2021 and she was a great help to me during my second pregnancy up to the recent birth of my baby.

During my previous pregnancy I had severe sciatic pain and difficulty walking in the last two months. This time around I went to Alex for weekly adjustments starting week 17 through week 36 which is when I delivered. She is certified in the Webster technique which is geared towards patients who can’t adjust the typical way due to pregnancy, hip issues, etc. It was very gentle and was extremely helpful as I started to grow and my pelvic alignment changed.

With her help and daily stretching/gentle core strengthening I was able to get through my second pregnancy without sciatic pain, minimal soreness and was even able to work through the day I delivered, without the need for a back brace or SI belt.

I highly recommend her for anyone but especially for anyone who is pregnant and struggling with back or hip issues.
